I must have held a full, clean UK driving licence or EU equivalent (excluding minor traffic offences) for a period of at least three years at the time of applying. Any licence I hold from an EU member state must have been held for at least 12 months. I understand any points on my driving licence(s) will be considered when applying.

I will disclose any previous convictions. I understand that I may be referred to the Licensing Committee for a decision on my application if my disclosure certificate shows relevant convictions.
