Give notice to end a tenancy

The property must be left clean and clear of any rubbish and all personal belongings, including white goods and furniture. Any items left in the property or gardens will be considered unwanted and we might get rid of them, at a cost to you. 

You must return the keys (clearly labelled with the property address) to the main council offices by 12-midday on the Monday the tenancy ends. If they're not returned on time, we will continue to charge you rent for the property. 

Please leave all gas and electricity meter keys in the meter. We will share this information with utility companies so that any final bills can be calculated.

Close all windows and doors and make sure that the property is securely locked.
