Apply for a community housing grant

You'll need to provide the following information as part of your application:

  • a brief description of your housing project and why it's needed
  • the type of legal structure you plan to use - if you don't know right now, you can still apply
  • relevant skills and experience of group members
  • details of any consultation you've done and what the outcome was
  • any possible risks or barriers that would stop your project
  • a copy of your group constitution
  • your group's bank details - we can't award grants to individuals
