Apply for a disabled parking bay

I declare that all the information I will give in this application is correct.

I have read and understood the guidance notes and will upload all copies of documentation as required to meet eligibility criteria:

• Valid Blue Badge
• Copy of vehicle registration document or Motorbility Hire Agreement
• Insurance certificate
• Valid UK driving licence
• Proof of receipt of benefits

I acknowledge that any Blue Badge holder can use the bay, without restriction.

I understand that it may be necessary for further information to be requested from the Blue Badge team at Kent County Council and I therefore give my permission.

I agree, where possible, to have a plate notifying the use of the bay on my property.

I understand that the bay will be regularly reviewed and removed if I no longer meet the required criteria. If my circumstances change, I will let the council know immediately.

The information you provide will be processed by us to administer the disabled persons parking bay scheme.

Details of your address may be disclosed as part of the local consultation process to partners acting on our behalf in the administration of the scheme.

Your data may be shared with Kent County Council as the Highway Authority, if further investigation is required.

All personal data is held securely by us, the Highway Authority and its partners and will be disposed of securely when it is no longer required.
