Furnished second home review

If you have more than one furnished second home, you must submit a form for each one.

You will need:

• Your contact details
• The address of the second home
• The council tax account reference 
• If the home is occupied - the date it became occupied and the names of everyone 18 or over that lives there
• If the home is rented - the tenancy start date and a copy of the tenancy agreement
• If the home is unoccupied and for sale or to let - details of the agent and proof of how it's being advertised
• If probate was granted recently - executor details

Make sure you have this information ready because pages time out after a while.
